At Narmin, we develop last-mile delivery software. Not to marginally improve theoretical algorithms, but to make delivery more human. Where most innovations focus on technological efficiency, we focus on real-world effectiveness. And that always starts with the driver.
The ‘Last Mile’: that’s the part of the distribution chain where you, as a delivery service, can make a real difference. It’s no wonder that a lot of innovation happens here. However, in practice, it often doesn’t go smoothly. Illogical routes, hard-to-find addresses, or a door where no one answers.
In our opinion, this is because everyone is trying to manage the growing delivery flow with a focus on technological efficiency. However, far too little attention is paid to the people through whose hands all those shipments ultimately pass. The everyday reality of drivers doesn’t follow the theoretical logic of an algorithm.
The technology may seem efficient, but in practice, it’s simply not effective. At Narmin, we develop last-mile delivery software. But instead of focusing solely on technological efficiency, we also focus on the human aspect.
With Narmin, daily practice becomes the leading factor again. That’s efficient, but above all, effective. In short: less stress; less hassle; happier drivers; happier customers. That’s what we mean by Humanizing delivery

In 2014, we started Ubermart, the first same-day grocery delivery service in the Netherlands, long before "quick commerce" was even a word. We built our own tools, drove our own routes, and learned firsthand how complex the last mile is. That experience has since become worth its weight in gold.
That experience became the foundation of Routetitan, our first step from a courier service to software provider. With Routetitan, we wanted to empower small and medium-sized businesses in delivery. But things turned out differently: it was the large companies that turned out to be most interested in our innovations.
Since 2020, we have fully focused on last mile delivery software for industry leaders. It is precisely here that our focus on the human dimension makes the difference. This humanity is also reflected in our brand name: literally, as a fusion of Narek and Emin. But also figuratively: software with the perspective of the driver as the starting point. Every route, every suggestion, every data point we generate is informed by what drivers themselves experience.
